The Y offers hassle-free birthday parties that both parents and children love. Our qualified and fully trained staff will entertain your child’s guests with a variety of games and active adventures in the soft-fall areas of our gymnastics stadiums at Bowen Hills, Jamboree Heights, Mango Hill, Stafford and Victoria Point.

Kids can explore the gymnastics equipment, play, and create lasting memories with their friends. You can relax and enjoy the day from the comfort of our viewing area, where you can watch the fun (and escape the noise!). We'll keep the kids entertained and safe, and clean up your BYO party food and refreshments afterwards. And unlike outdoor or park parties, you won't need to worry about the weather, or camp out from the early hours to reserve tables.

PARTY TYPES

Gymnastics Party

Activities/circuits involving all areas/equipment used within gymnastics programs

Ninja Party

Ninja circuits set-up and specifically using ninja equipment (not circuits) around the whole gym

All our parties include games, free play and circuits directed by a YMCA staff member.

Please note that not all locations offer Ninja specific parties. We kindly advise customers to check with their local Y.

BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUSIONS

All gymnastics birthday venue packages at the Y include the following:

  • Qualified party hosts leading activities for up to 2 hours
  • Exclusive access to our gymnastics stadium and equipment including trampolines, uneven bars, high bars, beams, ropes, ninja rig, floor, jumping castle, etc.
  • Designated area for your BYO refreshments and party food (sink, microwave and fridge are available)
  • Viewing area for parents and guardians to watch the fun!

Please note that specific inclusions may vary for each centre. We kindly advise customers to check with their local Y for complete details of the inclusions.

PARTY COSTS

  • The minimum party package is $400 (for 15 children or fewer) 
  • For more than 15 children, an additional fee of $20 per child will be charged
  • A minimum of $100 deposit is required to secure a birthday party booking.

Please check with your local Y for maximum number of children allowed.
