The Y offers hassle-free birthday parties that both parents and children love. Our qualified and fully trained staff will entertain your child’s guests with a variety of games and active adventures in the soft-fall areas of our gymnastics stadiums at Bowen Hills, Caloundra, Jamboree Heights, Mango Hill, Stafford and Victoria Point.

Kids can explore the gymnastics equipment, play, and create lasting memories with their friends. You can relax and enjoy the day from the comfort of our viewing area, where you can watch the fun (and escape the noise!). We'll keep the kids entertained and safe, and clean up your BYO party food and refreshments afterwards. And unlike outdoor or park parties, you won't need to worry about the weather, or camp out from the early hours to reserve tables. 

This year, make your child’s birthday one to remember at YMCA!

• The minimum party package is $400 (for 15 children or fewer, $20 per additional child) 
• For more than 15 children, an additional fee of $20 per child will be charged
• Payable as $100 deposit + $300 due 7 days before party (additional children invoiced after party)

Please check with your local Y for maximum number of children allowed.

Your deposit of $100 is payable to secure the booking and is non-refundable if the event of customer cancelation. The deposit is non-refundable as the booking time is reserved and Y Queensland may incur administration, staffing, preparation or opportunity costs in holding that booking. This does not exclude any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including where the service is not provided or where we cancel or are otherwise unable to provide the booked service
