CARDIO / HITT CLASSES
Cardio/HIIT group fitness classes are a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and lose weight. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, and it is a type of training that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief periods of rest or recovery. AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES
Aquatic fitness classes are low-impact exercise classes that are performed in water. They are a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance.
