HITT & STRENGTH CLASSES
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ - Do you want to get lean, toned and fit fast? Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated every single time!
Les Mills CORE™ - This class will help you to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. Take a challenge to get stronger!
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ - Let’s punch and kick your way to fitness! This high energy martial-arts inspired class is totally non-contact, and the easy to follow movements will challenge you to the next level!
BOXING CIRCUIT – Let’s step out of the comfort zone and push yourself to the limit! By combining boxing combinations, this class is designed to improve your overall fitness.
HIIT – Challenge is the word! This class will work every muscle in your body to take your fitness to the next level. There are different intensity options available so anyone can work at their hardest to maximize the benefits. See how far you can go!
Les Mills RPM™ - This is an indoor group cycling class where you control the intensity. It’s fun, lower-impact but burns a lot of calories. Working with both speed and resistance, you will build up your fitness.
SPIN – Let’s go for a ride! This class will challenge your cardio fitness while building power and endurance on the bike.
YOGA, PILATES & BODY BALANCE
YOGA – Take some time and focus on yourself. With some guidance from our teachers, you will learn yoga poses that will help align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to connect with your mind and body and bring balance into your everyday life.
PILATES – One of the best ways to build strength both physically and mentally. Through breathing techniques, our mat Pilates class will help to improve your postural alignment, core strength and balance.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ - By using the elements of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga, this class will improve your strength, flexibility and bring balance to your mind and body. Breathing is a big part of the class, you will leave the class feeling calm and centered. Ideal class for everyone.
