Our Group Fitness Classes

Pilates

Low impact, high value! Strengthen your whole body through Pilates and transform your balance, flexibility and muscles. Pilates involves movements and exercises that use gravity to tone your body.

Pilates Lite

Pilates Lite is the introduction class to Pilates, which teaches the foundations. Pilates focuses on flexibility, strengthening your core and improves mental wellbeing. Beginners of all ages welcome.

Yoga

Yoga is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help to improve health and happiness.

Circuit

Circuit is a high intensity training class (HITT) that aims to teach correct technique and get your heart pumping! You will use a variety of equipment and body weight exercises while you complete a timed circuit.

Stretch & Flow

Stretch & Flow is a class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. This class incorporates elements of tai chi, yoga and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. You will strengthen your entire body and feel calm, centered and happy.

PrYme Movers

PrYme Movers is a group fitness class for adults over 50 – incorporating resistance training, aerobic exercise, balance and flexibility. Apart from being a great way to stay fit, PrYme Movers class is also a powerful social network for our participants – a great way to improve fitness and meet like-minded people.

PrYme Lites

PrYme Lite is an introduction class to Pryme Movers. This class runs similar to PrYme Movers but at a lighter intensity and is fantastic for beginners age 50+ or even those with injury. PrYme Lite incorporates chair-based exercises as well as resistance and balance training.

Move For Life

Move for Life class is run on our gymnastics floor and is recommended for ages 50+. This is a unique group fitness class that challenges your balance and coordination while still completing strength and resistance exercises. All abilities and levels are encourages to give this class a go!

Group Fitness Pricing & Bookings

Pre-booking for classes are NOT required. Pick and choose your classes and just come along on the day.

Classes are $10 per session, which can be paid in-person. 10-visit passes are available for $80. Some of our classes are supported by the Healthy Sunshine Coast Program and are currently $5 per session. See Group Fitness Timetable to view which sessions this applies to.
