YMCA Victoria Point offers a wide range of gymnastics programs for Redland City & Bayside communities, including KinderGym, Traditional Gymnastics (Steps), Competitive Gymnastics, Tumbling, Gym Fit, Adult Gymnastics and casual Gym Play classes.

Conveniently located in the Redlands, our state-of-the-art 1050sqm gymnastics stadium features one of the best in-ground gymnastics pit designs from Janssen Fritsen. We also have a toddler activity area with a wide range of foam modules and creative teaching equipment.

ENROLMENT PROCESS
AT THE Y VICTORIA POINT

Ongoing Gymnastics Classes

Our ongoing and structured gymnastics classes can be enrolled in all year round until classes are full. Occasionally, high demand may mean you will be unable to enroll in your preferred class. We strongly encourage you to finalise enrolments 1-2 weeks before the school term starts to lock in your preferred sessions.

Casual Gymnastics Classes

We offer casual drop in Gym Play and Y Obstacles sessions in our Victoria Point centre for children under age 5.

Casual Gym Play sessions cost $15.50 per child per session. No bookings necessary – just come along at class time.

Free-play and structured KinderGym classes for kids aged from crawling to five years old.

TUMBLING

Gymnasts learn how to perform fast-paced synchronised movements. Moves of varying difficultly are taught depending on class experience - ranging from mixed-level ability to intermediate.

GYM FIT

Gym Fit is a teen gymnastics class specifically designed to help children develop healthy habits. Suitable for beginners who are 12 years and older with no gymnastics experience.

ADULT GYMNASTICS

The class is a great alternative to traditional fitness classes, focusing on improving balance and posture. Available to beginners with no experience.

Casual Gymnastics Program

Not able to commit to weekly classes? We offer casual drop-in Gym Play and Y Obstacles sessions in our Victoria Point centre for children under age 5.

Gym Play is a non-structured play session where you get to bond with your child or children while helping them swing, roll and jump using all our fun Gymnastics equipment. Y Obstacles sessions offer kids the chance to take on fun challenges.

Come to one class or many. No bookings are necessary – just come along at class time. $15.50 per child/per session.

We Accept Fairplay Vouchers

FairPlay vouchers is one of the initiatives of Activate! Queensland program by Queensland Government to improve physical literacy in the early years and promote more opportunities to be physically active within communities. 

YMCA is proudly a registered activity provider of this program. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for FairPlay vouchers valued up to $200 for your child/ren (aged 5-17).

These vouchers can be used towards payment of gymnastics fees at any YMCA Gymnastics centre. For detailed information on how to apply click here.
