Learning the wonderful sport of gymnastics goes hand in hand with fun and confidence! Established in 1978, YMCA Jamboree Heights offers exciting gymnastics programs for all ages and skill levels starting from crawlers right through to teenagers. Classes include KinderGym, Traditional Gymnastics (Steps), Competitive Gymnastics, Tumbling, Ninja, Special Needs Gymnastics and casual Gym Play classes. Our experienced coaches help their students to grow and shine!

ENROLMENT PROCESS
AT THE Y JAMBOREE HEIGHTS

Ongoing Gymnastics Classes

Our ongoing and structured gymnastics classes can be enrolled in all year round until classes are full. Occasionally, high demand may mean you will be unable to enroll in your preferred class. We strongly encourage you to finalise enrolments 1-2 weeks before the school term starts to lock in your preferred sessions.

KinderGym

In KinderGym classes at the Y, toddlers and kids enjoy both free play and structured activities. Children develop motor skills, coordination and confidence in a fun, nurturing and safe environment.

Run by qualified coaches, our programs offer much more than just physical activity. KinderGym prepares kids for life, their transition to school, and promotes a lifelong love of health, learning, and sport.
Watch your child grow in confidence and capability as they learn in an environment that is safe, stimulating, and fun!

An annual (calendar year) registration fee is required for each Y Queensland Gymnastics Enrolment.
This covers the member's Gymnastics Australia Insurance and our administration fees for the year.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Casual Gym Play

Not ready to commit to weekly classes? We offer casual drop-in Gym Play sessions for toddlers who’ve just taken their first steps right through to children aged 3 years. Gym Play is a non-structured play session where you get to bond with your child or children while helping them swing, roll and jump using our fun Gymnastics equipment! Come to one class or many. No bookings are necessary — just come along!

Gym Play sessions cost $15.50 per child/per session.

We Accept PlayOn! Vouchers

PlayOn! vouchers is one of the initiatives of Activate! Queensland program by Queensland Government to improve physical literacy in the early years and promote more opportunities to be physically active within communities. 

the Y is proudly a registered activity provider of this program. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for PlayOn! vouchers valued up to $200 for your child/ren (aged 5-17).

These vouchers can be used towards payment of gymnastics fees at any Y Gymnastics centre. For detailed information on how to apply click here.
