YMCA Bowen Hills Gymnastics has taught thousands of children and hundreds of adults the fun-filled sport of gymnastics. Classes begin from crawling age and are perfect for all skill levels. We offer KinderGym, Traditional Gymnastics (Steps), Competitive Gymnastics, casual Gym Play, Adult Gymnastics and Adult Tumbling.

ENROLMENT PROCESS
AT THE Y BOWEN HILLS

Ongoing Gymnastics Classes

Our ongoing and structured gymnastics classes can be enrolled in all year round until classes are full. Occasionally, high demand may mean you will be unable to enroll in your preferred class. We strongly encourage you to finalise enrolments 1-2 weeks before the school term starts to lock in your preferred sessions.

An annual (calender year)​ registration fee is required for each YMCA Gymnastics enrolment. This covers Gymnastics Australia Insurance and administration fees. Kinder Gym $45, Recreation (Steps/GFA) $60, Competition $99

Casual Gym Play

Not able to commit to weekly classes? We offer casual drop-in Gym Play sessions for children who’ve taken their first steps to age 5 on Monday & Friday from 12pm - 1pm.

No bookings are necessary - just come along at the class time.
Gym Play sessions cost $15.50 per child/per session.

Casual Gymnastics Program

CASUAL GYM PLAY

Sessions are held on Monday & Friday from 12pm - 1pm. Come to one class or many. No bookings necessary – just come along at the class time.

FUN SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM IN BOWEN HILLS

In addition to normal gymnastics classes, the Y Caloundra offers 3-hour gymnastics sessions with qualified gymnastics coaches with fun activities including tumbling & trampoline, games, gymnastics and ninja circuits each school holiday.

The sessions are run most weekdays during the school holiday periods. The program is suitable for children from Prep to 10 years old.

We Accept Fairplay Vouchers

FairPlay vouchers is one of the initiatives of Activate! Queensland program by Queensland Government to improve physical literacy in the early years and promote more opportunities to be physically active within communities. 

YMCA is proudly a registered activity provider of this program. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for FairPlay vouchers valued up to $150 for your child/ren (aged 5-17).

These vouchers can be used towards payment of gymnastics fees at any YMCA Gymnastics centre. For detailed information on how to apply click here.
