Senior group fitness program for mature adults

PrYme Movers, which includes a great range of group fitness activities for mature adults, is based on progressive resistance training, and incorporates aerobic exercise, balance and flexibility classes. However, far from being just an exercise program, PrYme Movers is a powerful social network for our participants who enjoy regular outings together and are encouraged to stay on after their class for coffee and a chat. Whatever you fitness level, there will be a class suited to your needs that will improve your fitness in a safe and friendly environment.

PrYme Movers at the YMCA Caloundra is designed for adults aged 50 years and over. Specialised classes and group activities are run by qualified instructors who have years of experience working with older adults. We also have a lower-intensity Lite series to help you maintain strength, stability and aid better balance and coordination.
50 years & over; non-members welcome
Non-members: $20 per class
No booking is required, please arrive early for the session
